Why insider buying matters
Which stocks are insiders buying right now?
The table on this page ranks every US-listed stock where 2 or more corporate insiders made open-market purchases in the last 60 days, most-bought first. It is rebuilt automatically from SEC Form 4 filings, so it always reflects the most recent insider buying.
Where does this data come from?
Every row is sourced from SEC EDGAR Form 4 filings, filtered to open-market purchases (transaction code P). We ignore option exercises, grants and gifts so the list only shows insiders putting their own cash to work.
Why does it matter when multiple insiders buy the same stock?
A single insider buy can be noise, but a cluster buy — several insiders at the same company buying within a short window — is one of the most-watched bullish signals, because the people closest to the business are independently choosing to buy at current prices.
How often is the list updated?
It updates automatically as new Form 4 purchases are filed with the SEC, typically every day. There is nothing to refresh — open the page any time to see the stocks insiders are buying now.
