$U Unity (U) Q2 2026 TL;DR - Excellent quarter. Revenue grew 24% YoY to $546.5M, with strong improvements in profitability and $202M in free cash flow. - Raised guidance, which is one of the biggest reasons the market reacted positively. - Management continues to execute well, rebuilding credibility after past missteps. - The advertising business remains the primary growth engine and is performing much better than expected. Remaining risks: - Still not consistently GAAP profitable. - Developer trust is still recovering from past controversies. - Growth is heavily dependent on continued strength in mobile advertising. Investment takeaway: If Unity keeps executing at this pace, this looks like one of the strongest quarters in its public history. It's still a higher-risk growth stock, but the turnaround appears to be real, and long-term sentiment continues to improve.
