$RKT Five years of price action tells one story. The business may be telling another. The market still sees a cyclical mortgage lender. I see a housing ecosystem being built through one of the toughest housing cycles imaginable. The question isn’t where rates will be next quarter. It’s whether this business will be materially stronger five years from now than the market currently expects. I believe the answer is yes. Patience… then repricing. 💲🪽

$RKT I know it’s early but Kevin Warsh spoke in code yesterday. I believe the markets, specifically mortgage, and Fintech gurus understood that, hence today’s rally! I believe he will find a way to bring interest rates down, regardless of treasury yield percentages, CPE, data, etc., etc. etc.! All Rocket has to do is continue performing as they have done in their last two ER reports. We cannot underscore the servicing part of this business! Do we remember when Mr. Cooper was well over $200 per share? I don’t know where we’re going to end up per share, but if rocket pulls their share of the weight within 24 to 3 months, $60-$100 is not out of the question! Do your own DD, NFA
