A textbook trend reversal setup is developing. After a prolonged downtrend, price action is building a base near key horizontal support while selling pressure continues to fade. Today’s relative strength suggests buyers are stepping in. The key now is volume confirmation and whether $RBLX can hold above important resistance levels for a sustained move. $RBLX closed below $51.8 on Friday but the bulls stepped it a defended the support today. Bullish in the interim but next earnings will give more clarity on the recovery thesis.
