$ONDS The June 9 8-K says Ondas filed a prospectus supplement covering the resale from time to time by certain stockholders of 2,701,420 shares of ONDS common stock. Those shares were acquired by those holders in connection with Ondas’ acquisition of Omnisys Ltd. The key point: this is not Ondas selling new shares directly for cash. The prospectus supplement says proceeds from sales of those shares go to the selling stockholders, and Ondas will not receive proceeds from those resales. That said, it still matters to the stock because it creates a tradable-share overhang. The prospectus says the selling stockholders may sell some, all, or none of the shares, and Ondas does not know how long they will hold them. $ONDS If enough investors email the company demanding the identity of the investor, they will be compelled to reveal the identity, since they are already late with the filing, per the SEC rules. Watch the stock start to take off, as this investor will undoubtedly be put in the crosshairs of the masses who have invested into this stock. EB will also be pressured to move the stock upward, and stop giving political favors to his warrant holders, in the form of his silence with PR's, or timing thereof(great PRs on option killing Fri to mute the PR, and help the stock deflate with the shorts).
