$MARA Is it just me or does anyone else feel like Stocktwits is trying too sell a narrative on occasion? I just read the Why is it trending on BTC. Nothing like the same repetitive narrative getting cycled over and over. You feel me?
$MARA Well we are 1 month into the second half of 2026. I mention this fact because the Long Ridge deal is expected to close in the second half of this year. This is subject to regulatory approval and that’s a risk. A tenant won’t be announced until they close the deal. It’s interesting because the construction is scheduled to begin in early 2027 and operations to go live by mid 2028. This is what AI overview is showing me at least. We might see closed deal and tenant agreement on the same day. On to the Texas deal. It’s signed, a 1200 plus acre site with power. A 600 million dollar deal. 1 GW by October 2027 expanding to 2 GW capacity by April 2028 🤔 The regulatory environment is favorable with this administration and in these States. Ohio is the number 1 state for business right now. Both are prime locations for the data center industry. Location,location,location 😎 What’s the short interest on Mara?
