Global fund managers have become extremely bullish, a traditional contrarian warning sign for markets, according to Bank of America's latest Fund Manager Survey. Cash allocations fell to a record low 3.6% from 4.1% last month, while overweight positions in U.S. equities climbed to their highest level since December 2024. BofA's Bull & Bear indicator reached an extreme bullish reading of 9.4 out of 10, prompting strategists led by Michael Hartnett to recommend trimming exposure to equities and high-beta assets. The most crowded trade remains long semiconductor stocks, cited by 82% of respondents, while 48% believe massive AI-related capital spending by hyperscalers poses the greatest risk of a future credit event. Although investors modestly reduced technology overweight positions this month, 61% do not expect AI hyperscalers to announce capex cuts in 2026, and 48% do not view AI-related stocks as being in a bubble. $BAC

In Q1 2026, Trump's top 10 holdings 👀 (Part 2) Pay close attention: • $META — 6% • $ORCL — 6% • $GS — 5% • $BAC — 5% • $AMZN — 4% These holdings highlight exposure across AI, cloud infrastructure, financial services, and some of the world’s largest technology platforms. The common theme is ownership of companies positioned around long-term economic trends, strong cash flow, and future growth opportunities. Markets often reward investors who identify major themes early and stay patient through volatility. I’m tracking these names closely and watching for new catalysts, momentum shifts, and potential setups. Follow my profile for more market watchlists and real-time observations. Personal $LCID stock & life changing Grand Touring ownership bias aside, it was always bullsh*t to begin with how big money $BAC, Wall Street & $RIVN$TSLA investors bet huge for the demise of the (only) leading EV innovator. Cheaper, fugly & inefficient Rivian & Tesla cannot compare to elegance & elite engineering. F*ck the haters trying to destroy my dream car company 1 week ago!

The quiet winner of Q2 bank earnings: dealmaking is back. The biggest signal wasn’t lending growth it was capital markets recovery. $GS delivered a 48.8% EPS surprise and 26.6% revenue beat, while $MS posted 23.1% EPS upside, helped by renewed investment banking activity and underwriting fees from the SpaceX IPO. $JPM and $BAC continued showing credit strength, but the bigger takeaway is clear: IPOs, M&A, and risk appetite are reopening. A stronger capital markets cycle could become a catalyst for $XLF as financials attempt to regain momentum. Every update builds a bigger picture.
