$ORKA $APGE $SYRE Holy moly what a run. In less than a year orka and syre jumped +500%, and apge was bought out. +250% And honestly if it was not about my man Oneil Trader (Growth Stock Forum sub on Seeking Alpha) I probably would not have gotten into these names. Give it a try if you want to grow as biotech investor. SA is full of shit as a platform but he does not want to pivot elsewhere for now. I brought in few guys and noone really complained. If you are reading this and did sub because of my recommendation, comment below and share feedback
$CELC is now the latest addition to our list of 23 commercial-stage oncology focused bios with market caps north of $450MM. Congratulations to CELC No one asked but attached is a comparison of CELC's valuation as a multiple of 5 year (FY28 - 32) & 8-year (FY28 - 35) analyst consensus revenue estimates to 4 very recent peer M&A oncology & non-oncology transactions (all nearing commercial-stage like CELC yesterday). The comp is not perfect but does provide a barometer of CELC potential if analyst estimates are credible & if Gedatolisib is worth peer M&A multiples should CELC exit. This is not investment advice. We're merely sharing 1 analysis of many needed to assess potential. We will update CELC's multiples to its peer oncology focused bios shortly. $CRNX $XBI $IBB $APGE
$APGE I wish these lawyers find something fishy and the deal collapses!!
$SBIO $APGE $XENE $CGON has delivered 111% returns over the past year, its holdings having seen notable buyouts & clinical milestones. Its focus on strong cash positions, Phase 2/3 assets, & near-term catalysts, creates a portfolio of high-vol, high-alpha lottery tickets: https://seekingalpha.com/article/4920327-sbio-biotech-breakthrough-opportunities-screened-for-cash-burn
$ALT Regarding the question about growing short interest: I’ve noticed several times that short interest increased significantly and kept rising right up until the buyout of certain biotech companies. I asked ChatGPT to list the major biotech buyouts in 2026. The results are $TECH, $APGE, and $FOLD. Interestingly, all of them showed elevated or growing short interest leading up to the acquisition announcement. 👇
UBS⬆️ $ORKA to $130 from $100, reiterated Buy and said, We continue to like ORKA into the H2 28-week efficacy data readout and initial durability data. $APGE - $ABBV JNJ - PTGX ALMS TAK UBS added—We believe the H2 data will likely show higher efficacy than the 16-week dataset and Skyrizi too at the same 28-week timepoint, supported by numerous psoriasis studies that generally demonstrate improving efficacy over time. While the stock has had a significant run-up, we still view it as undervalued at a ~$8-9B market cap* relative to comps including RXDX and APGE (both were acquired for $11B), particularly given its peak sales potential in a large $30 - 50B+ I&I market and potentially two differentiated assets: a long-acting IL-23 and a long-acting IL-17 A/F. We see additional 20-40%+ upside into the H2/26 data update and potentially more upside in 2027, with multiple Phase II datasets expected and the story becoming increasingly de-risked. Reiterate BUY and raise our PT to $130.

$APGE so, no bidding wars!!! Is it possible we get a better offer?
Healthcare stocks attracted strong investor demand this week as money rotated out of technology shares, pushing AbbVie, Eli Lilly and Johnson & Johnson to record closing highs. The sector benefited from its defensive characteristics and confidence in the long-term growth prospects of leading pharmaceutical companies. AbbVie's shares received an additional boost after the company announced plans to acquire Apogee Therapeutics, strengthening its drug development pipeline. According to RBC Capital Markets, AbbVie, Eli Lilly and Johnson & Johnson have largely avoided the operational setbacks that forced several competitors to restructure, while making strategic acquisitions that enhance future growth opportunities. Other biopharmaceutical companies, including Regeneron, Sanofi, Moderna and Absci, also advanced, lifting healthcare-focused ETFs as investors sought stability amid weakness in technology stocks and growing uncertainty around AI-related valuations. $ABBV $APGE $REGN $SNY $LLY
$SLS $APGE Biotech M&A season is HERE. The Apogee Therapeutics deal turned the volume all the way up. Big pharma is officially back in buy mode. Wall Street is actively hunting. Analysts have their eyes on the next wave of takeover targets. Apogee Therapeutics changed the game. AbbVie paid $10.9B for a pre-commercial immunology biotech. Big pharma shows that level of conviction. Investors immediately start scanning for the next company with: - Strong Phase 2/3 data - Clean balance sheets - Undervalued market caps - Assets in immunology, inflammation, or rare disease - Strategic fit for pharma facing patent cliffs. SLS Next up. 🙏✌️❤️🩹
